New Hope Baptist Church would like to announce our 1st Annual Backpack Giveaway & Lunch for Saturday July 18th. EVERYTHING IS FREE!
* Lunch & Dessert
* 1 Backpack filled with school supplies per registered student
* 1 box of food per registered family (includes 1 lb. frozen ground beef)
* Opportunity to visit our Clothing Ministry and pick 1 outfit per
registered student
* Haircuts- ONLY for registered students
Registration AND attendance is REQUIRED for each child receiving a backpack plus their parent (s) / guardian (s). Additional family members are welcome to attend the service and lunch (older siblings, grandparents, etc.) but we will need to know a total of how many plan to attend. (See form below)
We will contact you in July to confirm your attendance and provide you with information needed for entry into the giveaway.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Once all 100 spots are filled, registration will be closed.
On the day of the event:
* We are located at 605 Dotson Memorial Rd in Maryville (on the
corner of William Blount Dr & Dotson Memorial Rd)
* The event STARTS at 12:30 PM. Check-In at least 15-30 minutes before the start time
* There will be a brief service followed by lunch/dessert
* With the ticket provided at check-in, students will be able to pick-up
a backpack filled with school supplies, get a haircut, visit the Clothing
Ministry, and pick up a box of food.
For each student receiving a backpack, please complete the following information. This will help us provide your child age-appropriate supplies

FYI- Our VBS starts July 5th and goes through July 10th. For all ages, dinner each night, transportation available, and Family Carnival on Friday July 10th. Register at newhopeibc.org
